High Performance POWER

Every athlete needs a great coach and a great training program to reach their full potential. The High Performance Power Program is an athletic development program that is designed to help you gain that competitive edge necessary to take your game to the next level. High Performance Power develops you into a complete athlete and prepares you for your sport and athletic competition by integrating the principles of sports performance and strength and conditioning. With this program, you will improve your strength, speed, power, agility, and overall athleticism.

The Power program is divided into 3 phases, with each phase lasting 1 month (4 weeks). In phase 1 you will focus on developing your muscular strength endurance while improving your aerobic and anaerobic conditioning base. Phase 1 will help you develop a solid performance training base for higher intensity training in phases 2 and 3, while placing an emphasis on sports specific movements and explosive power training.

In phases 2 and 3 you will focus on developing max muscular strength and power, and increasing your anaerobic conditioning (high intensity). Your workouts will include heavy weights, plyometric exercises, and speed development workouts. (Please note Phases 2 and 3 can only be purchased after the previous phase has been completed).

This program is ideal to improve your athletic performance in speed and power sports (football, basketball, track, etc.), and develop your athletic potential for all competitive activities or events that require strength, speed, and explosiveness.
